Booking Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds

1. Hosts and Guests are responsible for any modifications to a booking that they make via the Activitynorway.com or direct Activity Norway (Activity Norway Luis Fernando Antonio Marion Jordan) customer service to make (“Booking Modifications“), and agree to pay any additional Fees and/or Taxes associated with such Booking Modifications.

If inclement weather creates an unsafe or uncomfortable scenario for the traveler, Activity Norway  may modify or cancel the Activity. If there is a substantial change in the itinerary or the Activity needs to be cancelled, Activity Norway will work with the tour operator and the client to provide the client an alternative date for the Activity Service, an appropriate refund or a rebooking.

In certain circumstances, Activity Norway may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking and make appropriate refund and payout decisions. This may be for reasons set forth where Activity Norway believes in good faith, while taking the legitimate interests of both parties into account, this is necessary to avoid significant harm to Activity Norway, other Members, third parties or property, or (ii) for any of the reasons set out in these Terms.

Except as otherwise set out in these Terms, Clients may use the e-mail address info@activitynorway.com to send a request to any additional refund request. You agree to pay all amounts sent through Activitynorway.com  and Activity Norway Payments will handle all such payments.
